How does your pricing work?
Many jobs have a fixed price listed on our Services page. Prices marked "Starting at" or "From" are a starting point for work that varies with the size of the job. Whatever the listing, your final price is confirmed with you before any work begins.
Will I see a price before I book?
Yes. When you book online you choose a service and see its listed price right away. We follow up within 24 hours to confirm your appointment details, and your final price is confirmed before any work begins.
How are parts and materials charged?
Parts and materials for handyman jobs are billed separately at cost + 15%.
How quickly will I hear back?
We follow up within 24 hours of a booking request or message. If you would rather talk it through, call us at (317) 620-1354.
Where do you work?
We serve Indianapolis and the surrounding area, including Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, and Westfield.
Who does the work?

Is there a student discount?
Our Grad Move Packages list a reduced price with a student ID or diploma. See the Grad Move Packages section of the Services page for the exact prices.
How do I use a promo code?
On the last step of the online booking form, choose "Have a promo code?", enter the code along with your email address, and select Apply. Promo codes apply to one-time services booked online, and some offers, such as first-service discounts, are for new customers. We confirm any discount with your final price.
What is the Home Care Membership?
A recurring plan of scheduled seasonal visits with priority scheduling and member-only pricing. Plans are Essential $59/mo, Premier $99/mo, Concierge $149/mo. See the Membership page for what each plan includes.
What are the Home Education classes?
Hands-on classes that teach first-time buyers and new homeowners how their home's systems work. Home Foundations is $65 per person (3-hour group class, up to 20 people) and Home Mastery is $185 per person (4.5-hour private workshop, up to 8 people). See the Education page for the full curriculum.
